Piper can integrate with Aircall and it can receive your call´s audio, process it, create the transcription, and generate your CRM fields, insights, notes, and follow-up email.
Click on the Aircall toggle:
(and you’ll be redirected to Aircall)
On this page, you need to approve the Piper App (very soon we will have the Piper logo)
Then, click on “add numbers” to select which ones Piper should connect to:
In this example we connected only to the Spanish phone number since it’s the one this user used.
As soon as you add the number you’ll be redirected to Piper and you’ll be ready to have your Aircall phone number automatically analyzed as any other video call.

Piper will automatically send notes and CRM fields to your CRM contacts for all processed Aircall calls. If not, you can always assign them manually
It’s simple: when a call ends, Piper receives the email of the caller or receiver. If that person is a Piper user, the audio is retrieved and processed.
No. Piper will be notified when an Aircall call ends, ONLY for the numbers you connected during the integration process. After that, Piper will check if in the phone call there was a Piper user (by comparing the email address), and ONLY in that case Piper will download the Aircall audio to process it and generate transcription, CRM fields, Notes, and Follow-up email.
