All Piper admins can attempt to integrate Aircall with Piper, but only Aircall admins have the necessary permissions to complete the integration.

If you are an Aircall Admin, follow these steps:

1️⃣ Go to Settings → Accounts → Integrations and toggle on the Aircall integration.

2️⃣ You’ll be redirected to Aircall, where you’ll need to authorize the Piper App.

3️⃣ Click Add numbers to select which phone numbers Piper should be connected to.

4️⃣ Once you’ve added the numbers, you’ll be redirected back to Piper. Your Aircall phone numbers are now ready to be automatically analyzed—just like any other video call.

<aside> ‼️ Be sure to select all the phone numbers your team is using. Piper will only process calls that involve Piper users, ignoring all others, so selecting additional numbers won’t result in extra data processing or exposure. It's better to include more than less.
