With the integration enabled by an admin, Piper will start receiving Aircall data (both inbound and outbound calls). However, ONLY calls owned by Piper users will be processed, based on matching the email in Aircall with the user’s email in Piper.

The Aircall admin who set up the integration will see an active toggle in their settings. For security reasons, ONLY this admin can disable the integration.
All other users will see a lock icon next to the Aircall integration, indicating that it’s active and can NOT be disabled from their account.
