Every time Aircall sends a call to Piper, Piper checks whether a Piper user was involved. ONLY if a match is found will it proceed to process the call.
Piper will transcribe the call and generate all relevant information based on the default Meeting Type. This includes notes, CRM fields, follow-up emails, and call scoring.
Piper then searches the CRM for a matching phone number to identify the related Contact.
