With the integration enabled by the admin, Piper will start receiving Aircall calls (both inbound and outbound) but will process ONLY those owned by Piper users, comparing the email in Piper with the email in Aircall.

The Aircall admin who enabled the integration will see an active toggle. Only this admin can disable the integration for safety reasons.
All users who did not set up the integration will see a small lock next to the Aircall integration. This indicates that the integration is active and cannot be disabled by them.
