Enable the bot

In the Enable the bot section you can select the following options:

• Do not activate automatically
• All events
• Internal events – the bot will join only meetings where there are only internal attendees (same email domain)
• External events – the bot will only join external meetings (with at least one email domain that is different than your own)
• Owned events – the will only join meetings that you own (and not ones you are invited to)

Go to Settings > Recording > Transcription Bot > Enable the Bot

Bot deactivation rules

You can further fine-tune the bot setup by introducing deactivation rules. You can add keywords that, if they are found in your meeting, the bot will not be sent.

In this example, the bot WON’T be sent in the meetings contains the words “Lunch”, “Founders” or the emoji of the coffee. 🙂
