<aside> ℹ️ Piper sends the bot to all the calls where it has been enabled.

There are a few common reasons:
<aside> ⚠️
The meeting host ultimately decides who can join. If the bot is left in the waiting room, it won’t be able to record the meeting. Make sure to ask the host to admit the bot if you notice it hasn't joined.

The meeting was created on-the-fly, and Piper didn’t have enough time to detect it and send the bot.
To resolve this:
The bot was NOT enabled for the call beforehand.
You can enable the bot from the Activity page during the call. However, if the bot is not sent during the meeting, Piper cannot retrieve data afterward.

If you're in a call and the bot didn’t join (or you forgot to enable it), you can still send it manually by going to the Activity Page and clicking the Send Bot link below the relevant activity card.

<aside> ‼️ The meeting must be scheduled on your calendar for the “Send Bot” option to appear.
