The Team Setup page (Settings > Users & Teams > Team Setup) is where Admins create and manage Job Roles and configure how Piper assigns meeting types per team.
Job Roles define the default settings and permissions assigned to a user within Piper. They help create a structured team hierarchy by specifying who the managers are for each role and what access or configurations team members should have.
By setting up Job Roles, you can:
- Standardize team workflows
- Ensure consistent access and behavior across similar roles
- Easily assign managers and reporting lines
This structure makes it easier to organize teams of any size and build a highly effective and scalable sales operation.
