When you integrate Piper with your Slack, you are going to be automatically notified when Piper make some actions like generate content, raising concerns related to your deal, or proposing suggestions that can improve your pipeline.
You can enable the Slack integration with a simple click from Settings > Integrations. By default, we will notify your user directly with the PiperAI Slack app (as shown in the screenshot).
You can select whether you would like the notification to be sent to you privately, or in a slack channel.
Once you enable the Slack integration, you can activate specific notifications (with more options coming soon).
Once enabled, Piper will automatically send a message to your Slack after each activity recording. The message will include details about the call and actionable buttons, as shown in the following example:
If CRM contacts, deals, or companies are assigned, they will be mentioned in the message.

We only store the information necessary for the Slack integration. The purpose of this integration is to send actionable notifications from Piper. You can choose which notifications to enable and where they will be sent (e.g., Slack DM or Slack channel).
