For security reasons, standard users can change the sharing settings only for transcriptions they own, while admins can change sharing settings for any transcription they have access to.

🔐 Understanding Available Sharing Options

You can control visibility of a transcription in the Gallery with the following options:

• Private: Visible only to you. It appears in your Gallery but is hidden from your teammates.
• Piper Admins Only: Visible only to you and your Admins. Admins can view and access it in the Gallery.
• Internal at Piper: Visible to all your teammates within your Piper workspace.

Additionally, you can enable the Share with Everyone option to generate a simplified version of the transcription, accessible to anyone, even outside Piper.
