📂 Accessing Shared Transcriptions

Use the left sidebar to access the Gallery page. Here, you’ll find all the transcriptions shared by your teammates, along with your own.

You can easily filter the transcriptions by activity owner, meeting types, or CRM objects.

You can also search by title, contact name, or email address.

🔗 Managing Sharing options

For security reasons, standard users can change the sharing settings only for transcriptions they own, while admins can change sharing settings for any transcription they have access to.

To make a transcription visible in the Gallery, it must be shared internally with your team; otherwise, it remains visible only to the owner.
