You have full control of what is being sent or not in each Meeting Type.

For private meeting like 1:1, Investors calls, executive meetings, or just personal ones, you can just update the following settings to be sure nobody else is going to access what Piper generates.

Sharing configuration

The activity can be private, for Admins Only, or shared within Piper with your team (Internal), so your meeting won’t be visible to others in Gallery if you select Private, or you can enable people outside your organization to access it when you share with them the URL.

For Private meetings and CRM Autosync

Just disable these three options:

• Notes – notes will still be created but they won’t be sent to your CRM.
• CRM Fields – none of the CRM fields will be sent (we also suggest to keep at 0 the enabled CRM fields in this Meeting Type).
• Log Meetings & Calls – nothing will be created nor updated in the CRM.
