👨🏼‍🏫 What the integration does?

The integration between Piper and Slack allow you to enable a series of notifications and interaction with Piper, namely:

• Piper will notify you when a content has been generated
• Piper will notify you when there are pending actions on your deal
• Piper will notify you with proposed suggestions that can improve your pipeline

Right now Piper doesn’t expose a Large Language Model directly in the integration with Slack. That’s because we believe in the quality of the data, and the current LLMs are still generating inaccurate responses.

✅ Enable the Integration

You can enable the Slack integration with a simple click from Settings > Integrations. By default, we will notify your user directly with the PiperAI Slack app (as shown in the screenshot).

You can select whether you would like the notification to be sent to you privately, or in a Slack channel.

Once you enable the Slack integration, you can activate specific notifications (with more options coming soon).

“Notify when a call has been processed” notification

Once enabled, Piper will automatically send a message to your Slack after each activity recording. The message will include details about the call and actionable buttons, as shown in the following example:

If CRM contacts, deals, or companies are assigned, they will be mentioned in the message.

A brief, to-the-point description is generated ad-hoc.
