When your team perform many cold calling, it’s very common to make phone calls that are quickly closed or rejected. To avoid these phone calls to be processed by Piper and showing up in Gallery, you can add a simple filter based on the duration of the call.

In the example below, all the phone calls with a duration shorter than 30 seconds, won’t be processed by Piper (so they won’t be visible in Gallery).
