That’s it! There’s nothing else you need to do. Piper will handle your HubSpot calls automatically.
As soon as you receive or make a HubSpot call, Piper captures the audio and processes it based on your default Meeting Type settings.
HubSpot calls will appear as transcriptions in the Gallery and as activities on your Activity page, just like any other processed interaction (video calls, voice calls, audio uploads, etc.).
Piper will calculate Notes and Insights and apply your sharing rules and CRM sync logics specified in your default Meeting Type.
