Every time Aircall sends a call to Piper, Piper will check if a Piper user was involved in that call. Only in that case will it proceed to process the call.

Call Processing

Piper will transcribe the call and generate all the information based on the default Meeting Type. This includes generating the Notes, CRM fields, follow-up email, and call scoring.

CRM Sync

Piper will search the phone number in the CRM, trying to identify the Contact.
