Piper tries to work behind the scenes for you, but when something requires your attention, it notifies you in various ways. The most common way is a banner that appears at the top of the screen.
Periodically, HubSpot and Salesforce require the Admin to reconnect for security reasons, just like Google or Outlook.
When this happens, the Piper Owner (CRM Admin) must re-authenticate the account. If the Admin isn’t using Piper, a red banner will alert other users so that they can inform their manager to take action.
If you see this banner, please reach out to your team manager and ask them to log into Piper and re-establish the CRM connection.
