You can talk to Piper’s Agent in two main ways:

💬 Ask Me Anything (Web)

• Use the “Ask me anything” bubble in the lower-right corner of any Piper page.
• Click it to open the Agent and ask questions or trigger actions instantly.

📱 WhatsApp

• Message the Agent directly on WhatsApp to access CRM data on the go.
• Log offline meetings, send voice notes, or add context just by typing.

✨ Tip: When you open the Agent, you’ll see suggested prompts. Click one to auto-fill a draft, then add specifics (like a deal or client name) for better results.

🗨️ Using Piper Chat with Context (Best Results)

Piper becomes much more powerful when you add context from your CRM.

📌 Step 1: Start a New Chat

1. Go to the Chats tab in Piper.
2. Click New Chat on the top right corner to open a conversation.
3. Enter your question or request (you can refine it later).
