Automatically score your team's calls to improve how you conduct meetings with Piper!

Piper can automatically calculate a Call Scoring metric that you define for each individual call. Scorecards (also called Playbooks) are configured in Settings > Customization > Call Scoring.

A Call Scoring is built as a list of topics (for example, questions) that the user is expected to address during the call. Each topic has its own score, and when the topic is mentioned, its score is added to the total.

The Call Scoring is a value between 0 and 100%, where 0 indicates a call that did not follow the playbook, and 100 represents a call that fully aligned with the playbook.

📋 Scorecard Library

The Call Scoring page shows all existing scorecards on the left panel. Each entry includes:

Piper provides ready-made scorecards (e.g. Example • ThePower, NewBiz • SPICED Playbook, CSM • Follow up) to get you started.
