We update Salesforce and HubSpot from Piper instantly for many actions. For example, when you create a Deal or Contact in your CRM, the change is reflected immediately in Piper.

However, not all actions can be updated in real time. This is because many CRM systems don’t provide the proper API. In those cases, Piper performs a full sync every 24 hours.
