ℹ️ Piper can sync all the CRM Fields you want. In this screen you can edit the initial description, or prompt, that Piper generated for each of them.

How does it work?

It’s very simple:

 1. CRM Fields Downloads. Piper download and keep in sync the object fields with your CRM.
 2. Fields Description. Piper generate a description that is used to generate the fields later on.
 3. Enable the Fields generation. In each Meeting Type you can enable the fields you want to automate, including the AutoSync (sending them automatically to the CRM).
 4. Review the Fields. You can review the generated fields from each call in the Transcription page, or check them out directly in your CRM if you enabled the AutoSync.

1️⃣ CRM Fields Downloads

Piper download all the editable fields from your CRM objects during your onboarding (first sign up of the first admin of the team), you can find them in Settings > Fields.

Example. Here we can see that Piper downloaded 30 fields from your Deals object.

If you create a new fields in your CRM, you can wait until Piper download it, or click on “Force Download” button of that specific object, and refresh the page.

2️⃣ Fields Description

Piper automatically generate a field description (which is essentially a prompt) for each of your field. This description is very important since it’s what Piper uses to fill the property.

All the Admins of your team can edit the descriptions anytime, we suggest you to review them to be sure Piper can identify them optimally.

3️⃣ Enable the Fields generation

Piper provides great flexibility in deciding when and which fields should be identified and filled. You can configure this by setting up the Meeting Types.

Not all of your meetings are the same, which is why Meeting Types are a crucial Piper feature that allows you to optimize automation for each specific type of meeting.
