Enabling CRM Auto-Sync in your Meeting Types
To make a real impact on your sales process, we highly recommend enabling Auto-Sync for the Meeting Types you use. With Auto-Sync enabled, Piper can automatically identify and send Notes, Meeting Records, and CRM fields to your system after every interaction with leads or clients.
It’s only takes a click! Go to Settings → Meeting Types and toggle on “Fields Auto-Sync”.

You can control three types of data synchronization between Piper and your CRM:
- Notes: Automatically send notes to your CRM, making them visible on Contacts, Deals, or Company pages.
- CRM Fields: Any active fields will be synced to the CRM and appear on the same entity pages.
- Logged Meetings & Calls: Meeting objects will be created and updated for Contacts, Deals, or Companies. If a meeting object already exists, additional details will be added, such as the body and status of the meeting.
