You can pre-defined some rules to avoid the bot to join some meetings.
In the Bot deactivation rules section, you can specify:
By keyword – when this keyword is found in the meeting title, the bot will avoid to join it.
Like “Lunch” or “☕️” in the example below.
By email or partial email – when the keyword contains a “@”, piper will check this term in the attendees’ emails, and if at least one email matches it, the bot will avoid to join the meeting.
In the example below, the bot will never join any meeting with an attendees that have an email finishing with “@whatever.com”.
