You can customize your Bot Name and Message in Settings > Recording > Transcription Bot
This is the name that your bot will use when entering your video calls.
To avoid privacy concerns, it’s important that you notify the people attending your video calls that the meeting will be recorded. You can do this by voice or by configuring a message that will be automatically sent to the meeting chat as soon as the bot is able to record.
